Founder and Principal

Bruce McElvenny is an Attorney and Certified Public Accountant and was a consultant at REEBOK INTERNATIONAL LTD., employed at LOTUS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION;  ERNST & WHINNEY (ERNST & YOUNG), and RAND and COMPANY.

Tara Roukey 
Paralegal 

Tara is a dedicated professional that acts as the firm's para-legal and office administrator.  Tara graduated from Stonehill College in Easton with honors with a degree in Sociology.  Tara has worked at banks and manufacturing companies in human resources and has managed the office here for the past six years. Tara's passion for her job and willingness to assist everyone has been the key to building our client base because she will go the extra mile to ensure that every client is satisfied and receives a quality finished product. 

Lorna Murphy 
Consultant 

Lorna is an accountant who brings strong analytical skills and experience to the office.  Lorna has years of financial experience in various accounting functions including monthly  closing, corporate treasury, tax compliance and auditing control.  With her background and experience in the accounting cycle from source documents through completion, Lorna deals extensively with each client's general ledger, trial balance, adjusting journal entries and financial statement preparation.  Lorna is certified through the AIPB and has multiple computer and accounting skills to assist each client.
